We are looking for proven problem solver with ERP experience to join our accounting department. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and self-motivated professional who is able to effectively solve problems, manage multiple demands and meet reporting deadlines.

Job Summary:

• Collaborate with Account Managers and management to provide financial analysis, financial reporting, and budget monitoring;
• Reconcile monthly accounts and inventory;
• Some account payable/receivable responsibilities;
• ERP – maintain data integrity; provide reports to management team members; provide training to employees as needed

What You Need to Succeed:

• Accounting degree or diploma
• Minimum 3 years experience in an accounting management role
• Ability to manage multiple demands and adapt quickly
• Advanced knowledge with accounting software (Quickbooks preferred), reporting systems, spreadsheets
• Ability to accurately calculate, post, correct, and manage accounting figures and financial reports
• Desire to work in a fun and growing environment
