Job Overview:

· Works with Management to create and maintain landscapes by fulfilling and completing work orders and scheduled maintenance run every week, of a high quality and standard. 

Duties:

· Report for work every day required, on time and in TLC designated uniform.

· Acknowledge the difficulties of the style of work, ie. -Fast paced environment, Work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, working in Hot / Cold / Wet climates.

· Enhance TLC’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

· Communicate with management ideas for work improvement strategies.

· Other duties as assigned.

· Winter snow removal
