Position: Part Time Membership Services Representative
Centre Branch YMCA
Responsibilities:
- Registering clients for memberships and courses
- Assisting members and potential members with questions and problems
- Various filing tasks
- Providing tours to potential members
- Making new member calls
- Communicate with and notify supervisors of any urgent situations
Other Job Details:
- Primarily mornings (5:15am start time) with afternoons and weekends an asset.
- 20 to 25 hours per week
Salary/Wage: $12.25 per hour
Qualifications & Experience:
- First Aid and CPR
- Criminal reference Check (if over 18yrs)
- Previous customer service experience
Competencies:
- Support the YMCA mission, values and visions
- Demonstrate excellent organization, time management and communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Self-Motivated
