Our community team includes Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Counselling, Professional Case Management, Rehabilitation Therapy, Life Care Planning and Future Care Cost Reporting. Our staff incorporates best practices of team work to ensure the best health outcome for our clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced Casual Receptionist for our London office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors in person or on the telephone in a professional manner
  • Formatting, printing and mailing formal reports to insurance companies and lawyers
  • Submitting invoices to insurance companies
  • Corresponding with insurance adjusters, law clerks and lawyers
  • Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures
  • Photocopying, faxing and filing documents
  • Ensuring the administrative work and documentation are complete according to company standards
  • Managing clinic and office calendars including checking in & out patients
  • Process patient billings at time of service (credit card, debit, cheque & cash payments) including processing extended health benefits claims as required
  • Ensuring workplace and overall clinic areas are clean and organized

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel spreadsheet
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
  • Data entry experience
  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
  • Previous medical clinic/legal office experience is an asset
