Responsibilities:
- Select, situate, and affix tooling/appendages/components for CNC lathes and mills
- Determine dimensions and tolerances of workpieces based on drawings and blueprints
- Determine setup and sequence of operations based on drawings and blueprints
- Observe machines, detect malfunctions, adjust controls to reduce non-conformances
- Ensuring conformance to workpiece specifications
- Input and adjust codes for CNCs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience programming and operating CNC machines
- Experience with Mazaak machines considered an asset
- General Machinist certification considered an asset
