Job Description

Agilus London is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our client in the healthcare industry. We are looking to hire IMMEDIATELY! This position is full-time until SEPTEMBER 2021. 
 
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will serve as the first line of contact for internal inquiries related to scheduling. You will handle scheduling responsibilities for employees based on demands of the Vaccine Clinics (COVID-19) and in accordance with the Employer policy and collective agreements.
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:  
  • Manage and update rotating schedules among staff
  • Collect and maintain data in the Human Capital Management (HCM) system and other HR records related to scheduling
  • Provide guidance and support to staff with regards to availability, hours of work, scheduling of hours, replacement of employees and assignment of shifts
  • Regularly communicate scheduling updates to relevant employee groups
  • Provide coordinative and administrative support to the Human Resources team
  • Provide back-up HR support to the other HR Coordinators
  • Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of all employee-related documents related to Human Resources
  • Performs other duties as required.

Experience/Education/Training:
  • University degree in Human Resources and/or a college diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field is required
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation or CHRP candidate (currently pursuing) is required
  • At least 1-year experience in a similar Human Resources role, preferably in a unionized setting
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce HCM is an asset
  • Professional demeanor with proven customer service skills, a resourceful attitude, and discretion to deal with sensitive/confidential information
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organization skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities/inquiries/requests to perform independently and effectively
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment with internal colleagues and management at all levels
  • Flexible work hours may be required
  • Communication proficiency (written and verbal) in French and/or any other languages is highly desirable.
