Express SRG is recruiting for an Inside Sales for a manufacturing client in Ingersoll. ON.

Responsibilities: (Not limited to)

• Daily communication with customers through phone and email.
• Identify and document materials requirements and expectations.
• Create and process orders as needed.
• Work close to the Logistic Manager to maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate customer forecasts, processing and delivery schedules.

Qualification:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in an inside sales or administrative capacity.
• University or College Degree.
• MS Excel – Intermediate/Advanced.
• Salesforce CRM experience is an asset.
• Manufacturing experience an asset but not required.
