STIHL Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ANDREAS STIHL AG & Co. KG in Germany, is a leader in the distribution of chain saws and handheld outdoor power equipment in Canada. We have an immediate opening at our London head office for a full-time Credit Administrator.

The key responsibilities for this position include:
- Conduct collection calls to our servicing dealers for payment of past due invoices
- Respond to requests from dealers for invoices/statements
- Review and release customer orders
- Handle telephone and email enquiries from our dealer network in a timely manner
- Post customer payments to dealer accounts
- Prepare various reports on a monthly basis
- Prepare for and participate in monthly Credit Dept. meetings
- Accurately complete dealer credit information requests from other suppliers on a timely basis
- Reconcile monthly billings from financing company
- Provide excellent customer service
Skills & Qualifications include:
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
- Ability to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive matters
- Credit and customer service experience required
- Ability to deal with difficult situations while maintaining a pleasant “customer service” oriented demeanor
- Ability to make tough decisions at times
- A minimum of 3 years working in a fast-paced office environment in an Accounts Receivable role
- Exceptional skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and versatility are essential
