Who are you?
- A multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office suite and financial programs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organized with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Intuitive and proactive on the search for areas to improve while maintaining a positive client experience
- Knowledgeable of business acumen and maintain a professional demeanor
Our Ask?
- Be the first point of contact for clients seeking services from Assante
- Offer an assertive, confident presence to the company by being knowledgeable of our services and having the ability to answer client/potential client inquiries
- Greet clients and answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner and direct them to the appropriate colleague
- Work with suppliers and coordinate the founding advisor, bookkeeping, and accountant relationship
- Coordinate and track vacation, sick time, and professional development days
- Monitor and implement TAG Blueprint [Tg1] and policies
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, privacy, and integrity at all times
