Talentcor Tillsonburg is currently recruiting for Welders for one of our local clients.

Hours of work: Straight day shift, or Straight Afternoon shift with overtime as required.

Wage: $16.50/hr. + 4% Vacation pay.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to manually MIG weld assembly components

Ability to read blue prints

Must pass an on-site weld test to be accepted for the position

Ability to check the quality of work

Maintain customer quality requirements and specifications, while continually improving process

Maintain and encourage a safe working environment

Inspect and clean the welding fixtures for weld spatter buildup and for loose or damaged weld fixture components

Must follow inspection plans, routings, setup sheets, work orders

Work as a team member in all situations

Maintain and encourage a safe work environment

Qualifications:

3-5 Years’ experience

Reliable transportation a must

Willingness to work overtime if required

Completion of Grade 12 is an asset
