Job Description
We're hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to work at our head office in London, On! A natural listener and masterful negotiator, you will work with our customers to better understand their window/door needs and determine if we can find a Centennial solution.
Please note: This is a full time role at our London office. Preference will be given to candidates with 5 years sales/closing experience (Total on Target Earnings - 70K/year +).

- Do you love talking on the phone?
- Can you listen and ask the right questions that get to the heart of the matter?
- Do you have proven experience turning prospects into clients?
- Can you persistently negotiate so your customers always feel they are winners?
- Do you need to win?
- Can you take control of the situation and drive sales with little supervision?
- Minimum 5 years sales experience.
- Prior experience selling HVAC, Roofing, Real Estate, Car Sales or Insurance Sales is an asset!
- Proven ability to close.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A personable and professional demeanor.

- Permanent full-time position
- Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 11:00am – 8:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
- Extensive company training
