Responsibilities:
- Train, oversee and support 25-30 employees
- Writing and editing CNC codes
- Identify and resolve malfunctions with 20 CNC machines
- Build fixtures and ordering tooling and materials
- Confer with Quality and Engineering departments to resolve issues with dimensions and tolerances
- Manage quality control measures
- Develop, prescribe, and enact new procedures for continuous improvement
- Provide work estimates for new projects and ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain supplier and customer relationships
Requirements:
- 15-20 years of CNC experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Understanding of GD&T
