Job Description
Express is recruiting for a Communications and Engagement Specialist position for our client in North West London, ON! This contract position is for a minimum of 4 months. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and provide outstanding customer service. You will be evaluated during your trial period for consideration of a permanent placement.
Express partners with companies that can demonstrate Covid 19 safety protocols and job site safety measures that comply with ministry guidelines to protect all workers.
Responsibilities of the job:
- Provide exceptional customer service via live chat, email and phone.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Update website and presentation material.
- Attend events when required.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years customer service and administrative experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
