Job Overview:

Reporting to the senior UX Designer, you will develop and improve processes, mine data and perform analysis, execute test plans, test scripts and validation to assess user experience and ease of design.  

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Apply analytic skills across disciplines such as User Experience, Content Management, Commerce, Social Media, or Analytics
• Create and present dashboards and reports based on data, analyzes website behavior and customer experience, develops and present insights from the data to internal stakeholders
• Contribute to improvements in technical and business processes, coordinate tagging and tracking parameter implementations, identify gaps in the data capture process and implement enhancements
• Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design
• Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for clients
• Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage several key projects simultaneously
