Job Description

On behalf of our valued client in London, we are recruiting for a Customer Support Analyst. This is a contingent-to-hire position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Triage incoming email and distribute accordingly
  • Answer questions and investigate issues, such as payments, reports, invoicing, etc.
  • Keep client documents updated
  • Provide recommendations for changes
  • Set up external/internal meetings as required to ensure an issue/proposed solution is fully understood
  • Attend project meetings for changes and fixes
  • Work closely with cross functional teams  to resolve more complicated issues and determine solutions
  • Shadow with other departments to gain a an excellent understanding of the business/new requests
  • Provide training to teammates where applicable
  • Look for ways to gain efficiency within the team
Job Qualifications:
  • One year of previous experience as a Customer Support Analyst
  • Attention to detail
  • A thirst for knowledge
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Organized
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and via email (80% e-mail, 20% phone)
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Adaptable to change
  • Not afraid to question the way we do things
  • Good leadership skills
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Bilingual an asset
Salary: $17/hour
