IS2 is currently hiring numerous Production Workers for a large-scale manufacturing company located in Tillsonburg. Days Monday–Thursday- 06:00am – 04:00pm
Afternoons Monday–Thursday- 4:00pm -2:00am
Weekend Shift – Fri-Sun- 6:00am – 6:00pm
Pay Rate: $ 18.00/hr - $18.72/hr

What you will be doing?
- Meeting production requirements by producing parts at an established production rate in a safe manner
- Performing quality inspection and ensure the finished parts meet the quality standards set by the company
- Maintain accurate production records and reporting production issues
- Assisting Team lead in taking corrective actions and implementing improvement solutions
- Loading parts in containers
- Maintaining the workstation and practicing 5S, Kaizen activities as needed
- Complying with all health and safety policies

- Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent Attendance
- Grade 12 Diploma or GED
- Mechanical Inclination
