We are continually searching for great talent; individuals who possess a deep commitment to the customers and markets we serve. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Analyst, for a 9 month contract at our London office who would like to join a company that is committed to the success of each employee and offers challenge, purpose and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a team-oriented environment. 

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Support, you will undertake the following: 

  • Complete password reset requests
  • Set up profiles for users to access our systems
  • Compile email listings for communications
  • Investigate file failures
  • Respond to questions and investigate issues related to: payments, reports, CollectLink and InsolvencyLink portals, allocations, invoicing and balances 
  • Create tickets for data scrubs/debt sales 
  • Triage incoming email and distribute accordingly 
  • Update and maintain client documents 
  • Schedule external and internal meetings as needed to identify issues and communicate proposed solutions effectively 
  • Work closely with project managers and business analysts to provide support input on projects and ensure understanding of the details of the projects 
  • Coordinate with other analysts to review and escalate tickets when necessary 
  • Provide training to team members as needed 
Requirements
  • Customer oriented with keen attention to detail 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • A quick learner with strong analytical skills 
  • Creative and critical thinker comfortable in a team-oriented environment 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills 
  • Bilingual (French/English)  
 This role functions from Monday to Friday with some flexibility required to meet business and customer needs.
