Can-Am RV Centre is among Canada’s top recreational vehicle dealers and #1 for Airstream sales. Family owned and operated since 1970, we take pride in selling and servicing top quality travel trailers, fifth wheels and motorhomes to customers from across North America.
 
We are seeking a top performing, ambitious, and customer-focused individual to work as a member of our  Finance & Insurance team, reporting to our Vice President, Sales and Marketing. This position is full time Monday-Friday, with extra hours required for show season and special events.  
 
An ideal candidate must have some experience in finance and insurance preferably at a dealership (automotive, power sports, RV) or in a banking environment, preferably as part of a multi-representative F & I team.

Requirements
Job Description
 
  • Ensure client satisfaction on every transaction and provide an exceptional client experience.
  • Accurately prepare all documentation for RV purchases (including Bill of Sale, licensing, insurance and warranty forms) in a timely manner and ensure 100% compliance with all provincial and federal laws and regulations.
  • Provide vehicle financing and insurance options to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
  • Determine client's financing needs based on a professional interview process. Assist customers in obtaining financing in conformance with all regulations. Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with several finance sources.
  • Prepare all documentation and meet with clients to complete paperwork on day of RV delivery.
  • Complete all post-delivery registrations and filing.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with our clients and support our sales team with pre and post-delivery service needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely management reporting.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all finance, insurance and protection products.
  • Achieve targeted sales and finance department goals.
 
Skill  Requirements
 
  • Two or more years of finance and insurance experience in a dealership or bank, preferably in a team environment.
  • Current OMVIC certification (or if expired, ability to re-certify before starting date).
  • Familiarity with Ministry of Transportation Ontario licensing processes and procedures an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills. Strict attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service and problem solving skills.
  • Experience using F&I software. Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • High level ability to manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have valid drivers’ license and reliable vehicle.
