Job Description

As a Paint & Stain Operator, you will work with fellow production team members applying stain/paint to fibreglass or steel doors and components. You will be responsible for stain/paint set up, surface prep., application, finishing, and any repairs needed.
** Both Day Shift & Afternoon Shifts Available **

- Daytime hours - Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm.
- Afternoon hours - Monday to Thursday 3:00pm – 1:30am
- Company paid single health and dental benefits.
- Day Shift - Starting rate of pay $18.74/hour
- Afternoon Shift - Starting rate of pay $18.74/hour + 1.00 per hour shift premium.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and to support production requirements as needed.
- Strong measuring skills (Imperial System of Measurement).
- Flexible with the ability to work with limited supervision on a daily basis.
- Strong focus on quality with the ability to meet daily production goals.
- Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude.
- Good attendance and works well with fellow Production Team Members.
- The ability to operate the following equipment efficiently and safely is an asset: router, chop saw, table saw, drills, air nailers, hand tools.
- Experience with machinery.
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing facility.
