Job Description
Express SRG is recruiting for a temp 3-4 months contract Payroll & accounting Specialist for a retirement home in Ailsa Craig, ON.
Working in the Administrative office; you will be reporting to the Director of Finance and will oversee payroll and some accounts payable functions.
Hourly payrate is 20-25$ for 37.5 hours per week; casual and friendly working environment.
Responsibilities (Not limited to:)
- Process payroll for 100 employees.
- Reconcile and remit monthly payroll deductions (i.e. WSIB, EHT, union dues etc.)
- Answering inquires from employees.
- Some accounts payable functions.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years’ experience in payroll and benefits.
- Post-secondary education.
- Technical expertise with MS office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
