Job Description

We are looking for a bilingual individual to join our team in London to support our French Canadian customers and sales reps. In this role, you will liaise between head office and the field to provide support and investigation in finalizing sales. Through research, analysis, process measure, operational flow and more, this role facilitates to maximize sales and meet the operational requirements needed to fulfill Tribe’s mission statement of “Putting Patient Outcomes First… In Everything We Do™”

You will support the Quebec region, and as such, you MUST be fully bilingual in French and English, with the ability to read, write and speak in both languages fluently.

You will also assist customer service during peak times throughout the week and/or during vacation or sick time coverage to ensure orders are received and entered on a timely basis in order to ensure prompt delivery of service and fulfillment of the company’s mission to put patient outcomes first… in everything we do.

We are looking for someone with advanced skills using computer software such as Excel and inventory management systems (like SAP); a strong attention to detail, organized and can work well with co-workers, managers, customers and general public. Please send your resume to:  hr@tribemedical.com
