Drake International is now interviewing for a maternity leave contract for a large manufacturer located in London. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience as a HR Generalist supporting a busy team.

As a Human Resource professional, you should have experience with Talent Acquisition, Training & Development Programs, Health & Safety, Payroll to support our client.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as within a collaborative team setting

• Motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, high level of integrity and energy, and able to work in dynamic environments
• Ability to be the visible, front-line representative for human resources on site

Qualifications:

• Formal post-secondary education and/or training in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• Certified Human Resource Professional designation would be an asset
• 3-5 years prior experience (working in a unionized environment considered an asset)
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and human resources best practices.
• Knowledge of HRIS
• Proven ability on MS Office products with speed and accuracy
