Job Description

Accountabilities/Duties/Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:
- Directly supervise employees in a manufacturing setting
- Ensure quality processes and procedures are followed
- Complete quality control checks and reports
- Ensure production targets are achieved in a safe manner
- Employee training & disciplinary action as required
- Work closely with HR on employee issues
- Active member of the JHSC
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- 3-5 years Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Completion of health & safety training
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
Compensation:
- Variety of benefit packages depending on clientÂ
- Salary range $40, 000 to $70, 000 depending on experienceÂ
- Good full-time permanent opportunity
