In partnership with Prime Management Group Inc., Libro is actively recruiting for an experienced, results oriented, strong people focussed, collaborative leader to join the team as a Process Manager. As the Process Manager, you will be the pivotal driver for the end-to-end process within the personal lending value chain at Libro to further enhance owner (client) experience through increased efficiencies and leveraging the skills of the extremely dedicated team members.

Working with cross functional teams, you will be aligning business needs, objectives and strategic priorities through effective and efficient process and proactive planning. Possessing a unique blend of business and technical savvy, this information-driven individual and macro thinker will have a track record of owning process improvement initiatives that have had a direct impact on customer (owner) engagement and retention. In addition, your excellent ability to enhance user experience will provide an environment where teams embrace the changes and continue to be in alignment with Libro’s’ core values.

This opportunity allows you to leverage your exemplary project management and change management skills to work in a fantastic environment with a company who truly “walks the talk”.  Reporting to a highly supportive, collaborative leader who demonstrates sincere commitment and encourages creative and innovative thinking, you will be empowered to drive the initiative to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of service delivery.   Working from home is optional in this role. 
To qualify, you will ideally hold a post-secondary degree or diploma in the field of business, finance or information technology with PMP designation or 5+ years in a leading role, demonstrating process improvement, project management and data analysis for large scale projects using Agile methodology or similar.  Previous financial services in personal lending would be a definite asset.   In this role, you will be utilizing your collaboration skills to affect change through persuasion and not authority.  As a proven, collaborative leader, you will have exemplary interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate others to achieve their goals while embracing the culture and spirit of Libro to drive innovation.
