Forest City Fire Protection Ltd. is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant at our London Location.
Duties:
Providing overall Administrative support, the incumbent will be responsible for the following primary functions:
· Switchboard duties - answering/directing calls
· Preparing administrative documents
· Scanning documents
· Assisting with general inquiries
· General administrative functions
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years office administration experience
· Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
· College diploma in business related program is an asset.
