The Office Administrator is a motivated, organized and personable individual willing to contribute his/her experience and expertise in the area of office administration. The Office Administrator strives to maintain a smooth flow of all daily operations by assisting the office staff with their various needs and being attentive to their questions and requests. Professionalism and presentation are key factors with respect to all outgoing correspondence, quotes, invoices, and reports, as well as internal record keeping.
Job Description:
The Office Administrator position will be divided into three primary sections:
1. Reception
2. Document Preparation & Filing
3. General Office Duties
