Employee Development Facilitator

London, Ontario

Part-time

 

Reporting to human resources, the Employee Development Facilitator will research, develop and integrate into our organization a service model that develops our employees through work and family strengthening.

 

Principal Position Responsibilities:

The Employee Development Facilitator is responsible for:

·         Assessing employee and management support needs

·         Developing, implementing, and evaluating staff and management training

·         Assisting individuals to create their employee development plans

·         Providing employees with information concerning appropriate community resources available

·         Maintaining accurate records in electronic and paper file system

·         Working collaboratively with human resources, career services and retail operations to strengthen employees within the Goodwill organization

 

Qualified Candidates Will Possess:

·         Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Social Services or related experience

·         Skills and experience in training and coaching

·         Sound knowledge of community resources and supports

·         Ability to work effectively with a diverse socio-cultural client population

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Effective computer skills
