Spherion on behalf of our client is looking for 15 Customer Service Representatives. This position is 100% Inbound Customer Service (NO SELLING INVOLVED). This is a 24/7 Call Centre so the successful candidate must have full availability for all shifts from Monday to Sunday.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• The ability to multi-task
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must be comfortable in a Call Centre Environment
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and nights
• Must be available ASAP

The successful candidate will have 1 - 2 years Customer Service Experience, Call Centre Experience is an asset.
