INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Job Specifications: Planning/maintaining of layouts and workflow to maintain optimum and safe utilization of plant resources/ Analyze statistical data to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime/ Perform/maintain MTM analysis on existing/future workflows/ Execute continuous improvement ideas/ Maintain SAP information and PFMEA's/ Identify/implement cost effective solutions consistent with the Company quality requirements/ Identify/implement actions to improve manufacturing efficiency, utilization, and layout/ Interface with all areas of the plant/ Lead the team in disciplined problem solving techniques/ Scrap reduction Initiatives/ Cycle time reduction/ Indirect labour reductions/ Participate in continuous improvement activities/ Downtime reductions/ Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile: Must have 3 years previous experience in this role/ Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Degree/Diploma/ Excellent problem solving skills/ Excellent communication skills/ MTM software experience/ Extensive computer knowledge.
