Protek Systems: Marketing Coordinator

 

Protek Integrated Business Systems, celebrating its 25th year, is an industry leader of Network Services, Business Software Solutions, Imaging Solutions, Outsourcing and Consulting Services to the Southwestern Ontario marketplace and was awarded the “Profit 100 Fastest Growing Companies” in Canada for three consecutive years. This rapidly expanding company requires an individual to act as a Marketing Coordinator for their evolving team.

 

We are searching for a creative individual capable of fulfilling several roles in our team including: planning and executing successful events, acting as a public relations liaison, as well as designing and carrying out successful promotional and marketing initiatives.  

 

The ideal candidate is a creative, well organized individual who is a high energy, multi tasker.  They should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and be fluent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proficient with graphic software and web based tools.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

·         Organizing sales development campaigns for all of our business technology solutions

·         Arranging client seminars

·         Identifying and administrating manufacturers rebate and promotional programs

·         Managing all sales and marketing collateral material

·         Maintaining client databases for mail and email campaigns

·         Cultivating in house creative ideas

·         Organizing client appreciation and employee appreciation events

·         Executing manufacturers co-op advertising programs

·         Organize Lunch and Learns

·         Act as a professional public relations liaison

 

The successful candidate possesses a business degree with marketing experience, and at least 5 years of practice in a related field.  Experience with event planning, advertising and public relations is an asset.
