1) Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change easily.

2) Be willing to go the extra mile for our customers, both over the phone and in person.

3) Be able to work on multiple projects at one time and provide the necessary follow-up.

4) Be proficient in MS Office with some exposure to ACCPAC and be willing to learn new software.

5) Have knowledge of doors, trim and hardware.

6) Have a positive "can do it" attitude and is willing to take on more when necessary.

7) Experience with measurement and providing quotes.

8) Great follow up is paramount and attention to detail is necessary.

9) Be capable of answering multi-line phone system.
