The successful candidate will be responsible for preventative maintenance, minor repairs and renovations, including some cleaning and upkeep responsibilities, in order to maintain our facilities.  While maintaining a safe work environment, documentation, completing quotes/ proposals, and coordinating contractor work may also be required.  This position offers approximately 12 – 16 hours per week.

Work Location:

Anago (Non) Residential Resources Inc., is seeking part-time maintenance workers for our Administration office and our Lillian Nichols’ Residence, both located in London, ON.

Education/Experience:

·        Secondary School Diploma

·        Work experience doing house repairs/renovations including minor plumbing/electrical, repairs to doors/door hardware, drywall/painting/carpentry, and minor appliance repairs.

Performance Requirements:

·       A valid Ontario (G) Driver's Licence

·        Current Police Records Check & Vulnerable Position Screening

·        An ability to do quality repairs, while working both independently and within a team environment

·        Strong organization and communication skills

·        Confidentiality

Starting Wage:              $16.25/hour, plus 4% vacation pay
