Position: Senior Java  Developer

We are currently searching for a creative, energetic, and motivated Java Developer to join our growing software development team. In this role, you will be a key member of a highly dedicated staff focused on the development of world class Management Software products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, modify, and build complex software solutions

• Create new features and/or enhance existing functionality
• Develop and re-factor code for high performance and scalability
• Conduct and assist in design and development reviews
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with other engineers on the development team
• Provide assistance to other developers when necessary
• Provide assistance to customer support, documentation and quality assurance as needed
• Execute according to best practices and standards
• Provide technical expertise
• Interface with senior management

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing software applications in a business environment

• Must be able to design and develop software in a group or independently
• Excellent analytical skills for technical problem solving
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Solid knowledge of J2EE, MVC, Struts, Javascript, XML, XSD, DTD, SOAP, JDBC, Hibernate
• Solid experience with open source technologies and tools (Eclipse, Tomcat, WebSphere, SQL Server)
