Hardick Chiropractic Centre was established in 1971. In our highly-interactive and growing multi-doctor clinic, we care for families and people of all ages. Hardick Chiropractic Centre manages all clinical records electronically, and we therefore require all staff to have a firm understanding of computers and technology.

Accounts Manager -- Areas of supervision:
- monthly statistics and reports
- accounts receivable
- overdue accounts
- third party accounts including extended health coverage, auto accident and workplace accident billing (software training on-site)
- daily accounting: patient transactions, pre-authorized transactions, billing of accounts, bank deposits, patient financial records.
Shared Responsibilities (Patient Care Team):
- first-contact with clients
- patient & third-party correspondence
- appointment schedule management
- internal and external marketing of special projects (patient appreciation days, community events, wellness seminars & screenings)
- patient education and technical assistance: home care education, X-ray development, and digitizing into electronic format (clinical training on-site)
This position requires:
- Outstanding communications skills
- Above-average experience using Microsoft Word & Excel
- Organization, grammar, and math skills
- Keyboarding 40+ wpm
- A passion for humanity, and a desire to transform the world into a healthier place
The weekly commitment for this position is 40 hours (Monday through Friday, with some staggered evenings and early mornings, and periodic Saturday events). This is a permanent position.
Experience with chiropractic care (as a patient, or as an employee in a chiropractic facility) is recommended but not required. A proven interest in holistic health care and/or personal well-being will benefit your application.
