Position: Software Quality Assurance Lead

The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for developing and executing system and integration test plans. This includes creating test cases, test data, test results and tracking and communicating testing defects and status. The QA Lead will be responsible for maintaining the standards of the QA team and guiding team members to ensure the overall quality level of our products. The QA Lead will train and mentor the QA team and maintain solid communication within the QA Team, the Development Team and with Project Managers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creates and maintains testing schedules to ensure all software has been tested;

• Determines test environment needs;
• Maintains internal and external testing environments;
• Determines and implement risk assessment plans;
• Maintains all documentation associated with testing, test cases and risk assessment;
• Interacts with development during design and deployment;
• Ensures adequate product testing prior to implementation;
• Develops and implements test script formats;
• Develops and coordinates stress tests with IT department;
• Reviews and tracks testing process;
• Assists in coordinating and scheduling user resources.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years QA software testing experience;

• Previous experience creating test plans;
• Ability to provide guidance and leadership.
