SHOP ORDER ENTRY CLERK

 

Forest City Fire Protection is currently seeking a full-time Shop Order Entry Clerk for our Fire Alarm Division in London. 

 

Duties: 

 

Providing administrative support in the shop, the incumbent will be responsible for the following primary functions:

 

·        Order Entry

·        Using Acc Pac for Inventory Control and/or Purchase orders

·        General administration and office procedures

·        Dealing with general inquiries

 

 

Qualifications:

 

·        Grade 12

·        Minimum 2 years experience

·        Proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·        Demonstrated skill in Acc Pac version 5.3 or 5.5

  • Previous work related such as order entry in plumbing; sprinklers; fabrication; construction

·        Strong interpersonal/customer service skills

·        Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work under pressure

·        Extremely organized
