Our client, the Erie St. Clair Local Health Integration Network, is one of 14 Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) that plans, funds and coordinates health care services in Ontario. The Erie St. Clair LHIN services the regions of Chatham-Kent, Sarnia/Lambton and Windsor/Essex which includes over 650,000 people and supports an annual budget of over $900 million dollars for local health care services.
Account Manager
In this senior role, you will lead a team responsible for providing health integration and planning, performance monitoring, and funding allocations to health service providers in a specific geographic region within the Erie St. Clair LHIN.
As the main point of contact to the health service providers, you will be accountable for developing strong working relationships, providing advice, leading integration initiatives and negotiating complex agreements. You will work closely with your team and senior management to develop partnerships.
Qualifications: strong relationship management skills to build partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders; demonstrated experience in the use of data, including utilization, financial data and quality data, to develop, monitor, and evaluate performance; experience in leading initiatives aimed at improving integration and coordination within the health care system across multiple sectors; experience negotiating complex agreements involving multiple stakeholders; and senior level leadership experience within a health care environment.
