We are accepting resumes for the position of Employee Performance Coach for outbound campaigns at our Galleria location.  (This is a Supervisory role)

What we need:

• Proven ability to achieve outstanding sales results with sales team
• Minimum 1 year experience in a coaching or leadership position
• Superior motivational skills
• Proactive, creative problem solving
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• PC literacy
• High school diploma required; college/university an asset

What you'll do:

• Build a high performance sales team through one on one coaching
• Effectively communicate and achieve sales targets
• Present product training material to new and current representatives when required
• Ensure representatives exceed quality standards through establishment of performance objectives, feedback and recognition
• Work collaboratively with Campaign Manager and Head Coach
