Order Management Analyst

 

Job Description

  • Manage and support the end to end service parts process for assigned Customers
  • Prepare order status, presentations, and required customer reports on service parts contract performance
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure Parts Delivery meets customers needs
  • Provide forecasting of service parts delivery performance, line count and revenue
  • Provide support to Program Administration and other divisions
  • Participate in execution of units business plan

Minimal Requirements

  • Community college Diploma or University Degree
  • Knowledge of Parts Supply Processes
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Work in a cross functional team environment to support service parts initiatives
  • Good Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Preferred knowledge of ORACLE or ERP systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
