Our client a manufacturing company located 30 minutes from London is currently seeking a Finance Manager with Manufacturing experience to start as soon as possible.
You will manage all financial reporting, administration, and product costing functions while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and effective internal controls. You are a hands-on leader with 5-10 years accounting and management experience and posses the ability to pivot when needed
What we offer
- $90,000-$110,000.00 base salary
- Bonuses, profit sharing and end of tear incentives that could add up to 30% of base.

What you are doing:
- Manage financial reporting and analysis, weekly, monthly and yearly.
- Maintain, control and report on all fixed assets, including RACE for all fixed asset additions.
- Oversee the SOX reporting process
- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and 3-Year business plans as well as end of year reviews.
- Working with the Team you will also manage the payroll system for both hourly and salaried employees.
- With 2 direct reports you will direct, train, supervise and guide day to day functions of accounts payables, receivables as well as administration of employee benefit program.
- Manage, set up, and maintain the standard cost system in MRP.
- Develop detailed product costing for new business and annual customer price reviews as needed.
Who you are:
- University Degree or equivalent experience; CPA or equivalent certification is an asset.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interact successfully with external customers, vendors, and corporate/divisional executives.
- Demonstrated experience relevant to the Finance Manager role.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to Oracle FCCS EPM Smart View.
- Demonstrated knowledge of CUSMA.
