We have a full-time, permanent Bilingual Technical Support Specialist position available at our London office, reporting to the After Sales Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Dealer Technical Services: Provide technical assistance and repair support to servicing dealers.
  • Internal Technical Services: Deliver technical support to sales and internal support teams.
  • Warranty Consultation: Guide dealers on warranty eligibility and repair procedures.
  • Warranty Adjudication: Review and adjudicate dealer warranty claims.
  • General Duties: Analyze and repair critical product failures, provide end-user technical support, maintain accurate activity logs and reporting, and perform additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Degree or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related trade.
  • Minimum of 5 years in electrical/mechanical sales, technical support, or service management.
  • Full French/English verbal and written proficiency.
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to quickly gather, analyze, and share information effectively.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and connected digital collaboration environments.
