Digital Marketing Specialist
with a strong background in digital marketing, sales lead generation, and some experience in applying AI tools to key marketing functions. This individual enjoys leveraging their product photography, videography, and graphic design abilities to create engaging content. You have a keen understanding of developing eye-catchy visual assets which demonstrate our ethos of passion, integrity, reliability, and innovation. You love the rewarding challenge of building a growing brand and executing day-to-day marketing activities in social media, online, print, etc. You can grasp new marketing trends and convert them to benefit the Hauser Brand. What will you be doing?
Work closely with VP Sales & Marketing to develop, execute and measure marketing plans, initiatives, budgets through sales lead generation
Develop and grow online presence through social media, digital marketing campaigns, and websites
Create, Plan and Execute Strategic Email Marketing Campaigns
Cold email outreach and web-scraping activities to create nation-wide Lead Generation opportunities through 3 critical customer groups – Landscape Architects, Developers, and Contractors
Create, Populate, Manage, Leverage CRM
E-commerce opportunity evaluation
Photography & Videography of Project Installations & Products
Design, Edit, Execute, and liaise with vendors on all electronic and print marketing materials (catalogues, brochures, pamphlets, banners, promos, collateral, etc.)
Manage, organize, and help to execute corporate events, trade shows and in-house Lunch & Learns
Administration tasks will also be expected such as keeping inventory of Material/Spec Samples
Shipping through FedEx online portal material samples across North America to clients
Organizing labels and working closely with leaders in the manufacturing department
What do you bring to the role?
High agency, proactive, creative, self-starter, keen on pitching ideas/initiatives to push us beyond current boundaries
Track record of effective execution – getting things done on-time, on-budget, on-scope
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
2-5 years’ marketing experience, previous knowledge of product marketing is an asset
Very strong online and digital marketing skills (Shopify, MailChimp, Google Ads, Analytics, social media)
Interest/experience in application of AI
CRM creation/management experience
Creative ability to translate strong design aesthetic into beautiful product Photography, Videography & print collateral (using MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Photography/Videography creation/editing experience
Strength in Copywriting for Products, Social media, Email Campaigns, Blogs and print materials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in developing marketing plans, budgets, and campaigns
Strong project management and planning skills, familiarity with Monday.com is an asset
Analytical mindset with a metrics driven marketing background
Familiarity with NetSuite a benefit
