Bilingual (French) Customer Service (non-call centre) ~ Opportunity Available Today in London

Our client, a busy medical distributer, has an immediate opening for a BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE representative. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, and who can jump in and help where needed.
Responsibilities may include:
- Answering phones and processing customer orders
- Assisting with billings
- Various administrative duties including photocopying, filing, etc
Requirements:
- minimum 1 year previous Customer Service experience,
- Intermediate level MS Excel and MS Word
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Well organized, able to multitask
- BILINGUAL (French/English)
