Purpose of Position

This is a position for the coordination of Trojan’s buy and resell products (UV3000PTP and SWIFTsc).  This role is responsible for order acquisition and order fulfillment of Trojan’s buy and resell products as well as assisting in maintaining the buy and resell documentation (rep binder, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

·         Responsible for order entry, the coordination of submittals and delivery.

·         Provide input to marketing and other internal customers from interactions with external customers.

·         Takes ownership of the development and maintenance of product selling documentation (i.e. rep binders).

·         Serve as liaison between external customers (owners, engineers, reps) and other functional areas within Trojan throughout the design and implementation phases – ensure that technical and/or administrative matters are, from a customer perspective, seamlessly handled – ensures that the Regional Sales Manager is kept apprised of any potentially adverse relationship issues.

·         Act as the point of contact with customers during the design phase of the Order Acquisition process. 

·         Assists in preparation of specifications, proposals/quotations and Scope’s of Supply for consulting engineers and municipalities.

Background and Skill

·         Sales experience an asset with demonstrated ability to develop customer base and meet or exceed robust sales goals.

·         Strong technical background preferred.

·         Superior communication skills (both written and oral).

·         Ability to multi-task and work independently and as productive member of team.

·         Capability to travel within territory.
