We are currently recruiting for a Programmer Analyst as follows:
Responsibilities:
· Consistently document, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications.
· Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
· Research, identify, analyze, and fulfill requirements of all internal and external program users.
· Design, run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.
· Develop and maintain unit testing and Support Documentation
· Operational Support of existing software programs and applications
· Liaise with network administrators, senior programmer analysts to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
· College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or software engineering
· Certifications in Microsoft Technologies is an asset.
· Proven experience with: Visual Studio .Net, Microsoft SQL Server 2008, · Crystal Reports XI, ColdFusion 5, Windows 7
· Demonstrated solid understanding of software design principles
· Experience with SQL programming and relational database design
· Experience designing and developing web-based software applications
· Excellent time management skills, and the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
· Knowledge of Internet technologies
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to relay technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
· Ability to contribute to common goals both as a team member and in a self-directed, independent manner
