The Consumer Affairs Representative will provide product and technical information to Consumers, Pharmacists, Doctors and Health Practitioners. This role will also maintain and update available product and ingredient literature through on-going research as well as ensure customer satisfaction. This role will also investigate and keep accurate records and respond to customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills in French and English, a science background, good problem solving skills, the ability to work independently and strong computer skills. This position is located in Windsor. Compensation is based on experience. $12.00 - $14.00 per hour.
