Maintenance Millwright

Solis Foods Corporation Inc. is now accepting resumes for the fulltime permanent role of Maintenance Millwright to begin immediately in St. Marys area.

This position is responsible for monitoring and performing maintenance and adjustments to all equipment and machinery in the in the baking / manufacturing process.  This role will also be required to monitor all aspects of the production line including tracking, documenting and performing work to sustain all manufacturing lines and support ongoing preventative maintenance plans.  

The Ideal candidate will have:

·         3 - 5 years previous experience millwright/maintenance preferred

·         Credentials as a certified millwright

·         Knowledge and experience in electrical work

·         Some PLC (programmable Logic Controllers) training and experience

·         Food industry experience as an asset

·         The ability to work variable shifts up to 44 hours per week and overtime as required

·         The ability to train for a forklift license

·         Superior communication and interpersonal skills

·         Good organizational skills  

·         Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
