Purchasing Agent

Solis Mexican Foods Inc. is now accepting resumes for the fulltime permanent role of Purchasing Agent (Intermediate) to begin immediately.

The Purchasing Agent is responsible for forecasting, sourcing and purchasing raw ingredients and supplies in the bakery manufacturing process.  This role will be required to track, cost, analyze recommend and maintain usage and inventory levels.  

The Ideal candidate will have:

·         3-5 years in a purchasing role

·         Experience with Data analysis, forecasting and ordering required

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Experience in the food industry is preferred

·         Superior computer skills with experience in MS Word, MS Excel and MRP software (Knowledge of Business Vision is an asset)

·         Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
