We are looking for the right candidate to join our team in Strathroy. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a permanent administrative payroll position with part-time hours.

         Length -      Permanent, Part-Time

         Schedule-    20 hours/ week, hours are flexible from 8:00am to 4:40pm  (some weeks will require Full-Time hours to cover for vacancies, and vacations)

         Start Date-     Imediately

         Wage -            $15.00- $19.00 / hour (depends on level of experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll using ADP software
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate employee payroll data for all employment classifications
  • Keep all information confidential
  • Generation and distribution of payroll reports
  • Assist in the resolution of employee payroll concerns
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience using ADP payroll software is a strong asset
  • Previous experience processing payroll
  • Strong knowledge of payroll calculations and legislations
  • Excellent computer skills
