Seeking a Class Action Contract Position (Full and Part-Time available)
This opportunity exists within our Class Action Team under the supervision of Jason Green working on one specific Class Action file. This is a contract position beginning in March and ending in July, with a possible small extension.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have a natural passion for servicing clients. You are an enthusiastic, professional who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people and have superb interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is flexible, enjoys a fast pace, and has a sense of initiative.
You will have at least one year administrative/client service experience. Strong communication and organizational skills will also come into play. Your responsibilities will encompass initial communications with new clients via telephone and email, as well as processing and filing class member claims.
Education and Experience
ü Secondary School Diploma
ü Post Secondary education is preferable
ü Ideally 1 – 2 years administrative/client service experience
ü Sound computer skills (particularly Word and Outlook)
ü Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
ü Proven history of excellent client relations and customer service
ü Strong attention to detail
ü French bilingualism is an asset
